Originally engaged in the ITES industry in 2017, the company successfully forayed into the consumer packaged foods industry with its first brand, Frubee, launched in the Pune market. Jaambu, the snacks and namkeens brand followed less than 2 years later and in that time, the company has gone from 20 kg to 4 metric tons of sales per month in the Pune market alone. Jaambu is now also available via 350+ A-class stores in Pune and Mumbai, from Colaba all the way to Mulund in the east and Jogeshwari to the west.

Frubee and Jaambu are among the fastest-growing food brands in Pune and Mumbai. We are looking to hire ambitious individuals who are willing to work smart and hard to prove themselves, and take advantage of opportunities thrown up by a fast-growing company in an evergreen industry.

Frubee (dry fruits, spices) and Jaambu (snacks) are brands founded and headquartered in Pune. We are welcoming freshers to work as sales officers for Frubee and Jaambu brands to cover the general trade (A and B-class stores) all over Pune/PCMC city.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle promotion of company's activities in relation to covering new stores in Pune/PCMC
2. Establish and maintain personal contact and relationship with the customer, thus achieving high customer satisfaction and keeping them loyal to the brand
3. Learn/Upgrade one's own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed
4. Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue
5. Increase the market share for the product
6. Handle generation in sales/planning/office/marketing/operation/business development in sales/customer relationship

You will be allotted specific areas in Pune/PCMC, preferably around your place of residence. Your job is to prospect, scope, and pitch all the A-class and B-class stores in your allotted area, and place Frubee & Jaambu on their shelves.

The opportunities are limitless for the ambitious, driven, and intelligent candidate. This is a tough job and involves extensive travel within the city. Please do not apply if you are unwilling to walk at least 5-8 km per day to cover your beat.

Salary

Probation: 

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: 15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC:3 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional Information

Job benefits & perks:

1. Basic salary between Rs. 15000 to Rs. 25000 per month.
2. Traveling allowance of Rs. 4000 per month
3. Incentives from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 15000 per month
