About the job
We are looking for an executive assistant to perform administrative tasks and support our company's director. Executive assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
4. Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events
5. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
6. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
7. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
