Job Description:

• Excellent communicationGood experience in monitoring platforms (SolarWinds / DataDog) [Mandatory]
• Good understanding of Networking and basic troubleshooting
• Good to have knowledge on On-premise & Cloud environments (AWS / Azure)
  Good experience in Incident Management(preferred)
• Monitor the Incidents and manage workload in their respective queues to ensure that Service Level Agreement are respected
• Willingness and ability to learn new products and network technologies quickly, often without the focus of formalized training
• Willing to work 24×7 with rotational shifts
• Willing to work in team & the main aim for this coordination is to ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively
