Job Description:

• Ensuring the accomplishment of all safety procedures in the daily activities.Performing the required corrective actions.
• Performing preventive maintenance according to the established plan.
  Input all information from maintenance activities in the maintenance data base/log.
• Evaluating the equipment performance. /Quality. / Efficiency (according planned cycle time). / Uptime.
• Identifying actions to improve equipment quality (based on the Zero defects mindset), efficiency and uptime.
  Ensuring that all relevant information is reported and available to the others team members.
• Participation in the shift team meeting
  Providing all required utilities to production and non-production equipment.
• Assisting in the relocation of all equipment and layout changes.
• Providing a safety and health environment to all Plant employees.
• Providing assistance to all areas to repair, modify, or fabricate all manners of devices
  Ensuring all waste products leaving this facility, are in compliance with all rules and regulations from the authorities.
• Providing all mechanical, electrical and civil assistance.
• Ensuring the safety and environmental standards by the Plant Engineering team members and the external providers team members.
• Supporting all customer / supplier visits / Corporate & 3rd party audit
