Job Description:

• Responsible for MSBU growth through effective new product introductions, improvements and support covering overall product lifecycle management. (VOC, FEA, answer to inquiry, etc.)Responsible for maintain MSBU products to ensure long-term profitability.
• Responsible for improving the design capability of MSBU PDs.
• Responsible for shorten development and design lead time, and does not miss the timing of new product introduction to the market.
• Build culture of domain expertise, collaboration and team work in team.
• Responsible to bring in transformation in product or process.
