Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve Zero PPM at Customer End.
• To take effective countermeasure on customer concerns.
• Customer Laisoning and maintain good relationship with customer.
• Ensure the Customer Specific Requirements compliances.
• Co-ordinate with Plant team to achieve the customer requirements.
• Report the customer issues to the Plant Quality Manager on time to resolve the problem immediately.
• Monitor the stock level at warehouse and customer end.
• Ensure FIFO at warehouse.
