Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve Zero PPM at Customer End.
- To take effective countermeasure on customer concerns.
- Customer Laisoning and maintain good relationship with customer.
- Ensure the Customer Specific Requirements compliances.
- Co-ordinate with Plant team to achieve the customer requirements.
- Report the customer issues to the Plant Quality Manager on time to resolve the problem immediately.
- Monitor the stock level at warehouse and customer end.
- Ensure FIFO at warehouse.
