Job Description:

• Achieving the given production targets by regulating the mills parameters. Optimization and operation of Raw Mill & Cement mill with Roller Press.
• · Closely monitoring the plant operation and health of equipment.

Maintain product quality with in specification by adjusting process parameters.

• Responsible for start-up, shutdown, emergency activities with minimum down time in safe manner.
  . Organize & coordinate production as per dispatch schedule and ensure optimum production and plant availability from process side by controlling process parameters/ process stoppages to meet targets and customer satisfaction.
