Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Job involves aspects of civil work initiation, construction management, infrastructure management and overseeing, facility maintenance, post maintenance with respect to the civil works department.
Coordination of various activities relating to civil and building maintenance at Narayana group branches
Key action areas:

Building maintenance, Facility Inspection, Hardware and Fitment maintenance, Water work inspection, Labour and materials management, Quality inspection, Safety and hazard identification, Sports infrastructure maintenance, Interior/exterior building aesthetics, Road laying works.
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment associated
Working under the direction of Civil Team Lead and operations head to coordinate provide excellent service with civil works at the branch level.
