Job Description:

• Assisting the development of the project management strategy in line with the Mace way.
  Managing the procurement of sub-consultants and subcontractors required for all of the construction packages.
• Providing reports that are concise and address the issues that are relevant to the recipient.
• Reviewing overall project status with the project management, project controls and commercial teams and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage and disability access on the site.
• Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing direction, correction or additional training.
• Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.
