Job Description:

• Lead special projects to support business goalsDocument all phases of research and development
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, requirements, performance standards, completing technical studies & preparing cost estimates.
• Understand operation requirement to determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers & competitors.
• Evaluate technology through activities such as trials, tests in order to determine its suitability and effectiveness
  Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs
  Resolving product issue and overseeing the production process
• Coordinates with all projects & operations related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for equipment finalizes and recommend payments to ensure timely delivery & specification at site.
• Interpret hatchery records, manage plan, develops and implements practices for operation
