Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nagpur
Qualification Required: Graduate in Civil
Experience Required:
Total Experience - 10+ Years
4+ years in Metro/ Rail related field related field
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for preparing and submitting Interim Payment Applications for the project, Material Advance Bills, and Mobilization.
2. Advance Bills and submission to the Client. Preparation of commercial claims and variation orders.
Maintain record of Cash-flow, financial reporting, and interim payments.
3. Generation of Contemporary records to support claims and ensure proper documentation of correspondence with Employer/Engineer.
4. Notifying disruption events impeding the progress of works to Client/IE.
5. Subsequent registry into EOT records. Assisting in preparing necessary costing & documents/backups concerning EOT/Change of Scope for substantiation.
6. Preparation of Work Order, Running Account billing for Contractors.
7. Planning and allocation of resources & Coordination with internal departments.
8. Sub-contractor rates negotiation in line with ACE & Rate Analysis.
9. Notifying the change items in the contract and preparing cost implications.
