Job Description:
- Provide timely support for Plant equipment up-time
- Equipment Revamping including plastic tanks/vessels, Various pumps, Rubberline reactors , Piping revamping.
- Attending Breakdown ( Supervision )
- Ensure welding standards follow at the workplace
- Manpower planning and ensuring availability of trained manpower all the time.
- Closing of major breakdown in SAP.
- Monitoring and controlling Quality of workmanship.
- BOQ to be prepared from Drawing or actual measurement.
- Maintaining up-to-date Controlled equipment & their documents.
- Preventive maintenance of equipment
- Conducting RCA as per site procedure.
- Attending breakdowns.
- “ Zero” Harm “Zero” loss of production due to reasons attributable to quality of Engineering support.
- Conduct equipment baseline inspection including Piping & Structure
