Job Description:

• Planning and billing of client according to levels and BOQ. Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements. Processing the invoice as per terms and contracts.
• Monitoring & controlling all kind of activity regarding the site execution work.
• Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing.Verification of Bills Preparationof bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Verification and Approval of bills of contractors.
• Inventory management and reconciliation of thesame.
• Construction work as per the planned schedules.
• Quantity surveying activities.
  Compliance of quality as per the procedures and systems at sites.
• Ability to understand the designs.
• To coordinate with all concerned person in the project.
