Job Description:

• Trouble shooting of service issues by understanding the technical concern.Should be able to understand control panel components and wiring, remove / refit switchgear components, rewire the control panel
• Should be able to check motor continuity, functioning of various type of sensors, remove and refit electrical components
  Candidate shall be responsible for erection, commissioning of various FourWin products
• Knowledge of modifying the PLC programme online, develop new logic and programme, customize the system by re-programming as per customer need shall be added advantage.
• Provide site pre-requirements to customer and organising for installation and commissioning of systems.
• The role requires good written and verbal communication to convey clear requirements, sound technical skills to co-ordinate with engineers and customers.
• The candidate shall be responsible for handling customer service calls for the respective region.
