Job Description:
- drawings which include dimensional fits, tolerances, welding, and equipment assembly procedures Create 3D models and assemblies using software packages such as Inventor and Pro-Engineer. Create 2D drawings using design packages such as AutoCAD.
- Capture 3D point cloud data using CMM equipment such as Faro Quantum or Focus M70. Perform post processing of 3D point cloud data to be used for design engineering functions.
- Capable of selecting and sizing of hydraulic components such as valves, cylinders, servos, pumps, logic valves, etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and follow a set of mechanical and electrical installation, calibration and testing instructions.
- Capable of inspecting and testing fabricated, machined, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
- Provide technical direction to craft labor at industrial sites.
- Must be able to interface with our customers and influence customer relationships in a positive manner
