Job Description:

• Should be able to do Land/ Building survey and prepare contractor bills accordingly.Should be able to communicate effectively with sub-contractors & laborers’.
• Knowledge of total station usage preferred, Preparing BOQ’s, Labor & Manpower Handling, Scheduling of work.
• Should be able to handle the construction work at site.Should be able to coordinate with sub-contractors and labors.
• Should have technical knowledge of preparation of drawings, preparation of BOQ, labor manpower handling, Scheduling work etc.
• Construction Experience in Roadbed formation, Embarkment, Major Bridge works, Buildings, other Civil Railway works, Track works etcTeam Management, Supervision of Construction works, Client interaction, Client Management
• Preparation of Profile drawings for C D works with Auto cad.
