Job Description:

• Doing competitive sweeps across regions for products and solutions that compete with AIO offerings
• Building collateral for internal and external consumption that talk about differentiators for AIO offerings
• Collateral for partners and customers that highlight the benefit of AIO solutions
  Hands-on testing of AIO solutions:
• Provide usability and product feedback for AIO offerings by testing them
• Hands-on testing of 3rd party offerings to validate claims from competitors
  Needs to be done for wired, wireless, cloud portal and the phone application
• Documenting features, speeds/feeds, differentiators
• Work with the documentation team on accurately describing the behavior of AIO products and solutions
• Build and maintain accurate information about the product features and scale working with engineering
• Be a process lead in ensuring that key documents are kept up-to-date and in order and accessible to internal and external teams
