Job Description:
- Liaison with the Project Head to align the project roadmap for the site with business plan.Ensure site team’s adherence to the site completion plan and business plan for one site.
- Drive processes and practices within the team so it will enable the site construction to be “right first time”.
- Manage contractors to enable completion of one’s site within timelines
- Assist Project Head to perform evaluations and reference checks to ensure superior quality of contractors within budget while sourcing them.
- Managing contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of the site construction by effectively tackling interpersonal issues, labour related challenges, matters related to material quality, and legal issues.
- Drive policy and process documents for standard operations for one’s site.
- Support the Project Head on statutory requirements such as pollution clearance, factory inspection, electricity board clearance to ensure all required clearances for one’s site are procured timely.
