Job Description:

1. Fresher in Pump/piping/ Process industry.
2. Excellent oral and written communication.
3. He/she should be familiar with ASME And API standard.
4. They should have knowledge of Pump & process engineering.
5. Proficient in MS Office and design Software: AutoCAD / ZW CAD/ Cero
6. Ability to multi task and mange time effectively.

• Provide technical support to customer and configure services remotely or telephonic Support.Provide technical support to internal team (Technician, Engineers & Pre-Sales Team)
• Create technical Documentation
  Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue, Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
